In 1976 Marjorie and Harmon Brown, teachers from Pennsylvania made the decision to open a restaurant they could run during the summers. Ocean City seemed liked the perfect place to fulfill this dream, and together with the help of thier five children Browns Restaurant was born.
It Started as a small "Mom & Pop" restaurant with a few tables, deck, small grill and yes a donut machine. And well, as they say the rest is history! Marjorie and Harmen have since moved on to run a quaint Bed and Breakfast in Ocean City, Browns Nostalgia. Brown's is now a second generation, owned and operated by their son Jim and his wife Melissa. They believe that quality and consistancy is key, as well as reasonable prices.
For example, most of our menu items are homemade.

Hours

In Season Open seven days a week, for breakfast and lunch.
Breakfast: 7:00 AM - 11:30 AM
Lunch: 11:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Off Season Open weekends, hours vary call for info.
